Has brioche been on your “gotta learn” list? Now’s your chance. Join former Hand Held owner, pattern designer, and knitter extraordinaire Cynthia Parker for a two-part learn to knit brioche class. We’ll be making a two-brioche cowl. Class includes two contrasting skeins of Berroco Ultra Alpaca (select colors week leading up to class), pattern, and four hours of instruction.
Saturdays, September 7 & 14, 2-4 pm at Son’s Chapel
We will be using a size US 8 24” circular needle. The needle is NOT included in class registration. Registrants will receive 30% off needle purchase. Please email us for the code.
Skill Level Requirements. Students MUST have competence and confidence in the following areas:
- Knit stitch
- Purl stitch
- Long tail cast on
- Knitting in the round
- Basic familiarity/ability to read work
